1. How long does the process of preparing the package delivery?

When a customer purchas a product from the site PistolDW, packaging team takes one business day to pack and process the package for delivery. On the next day the package is shipped.

                         

2. When to expect the delivery time?

We send all are products from the factories in Israel.

P.D.W Conversion Kits sent via EMS (Express Mail Service) and the package arrive within 4-7 business days for the customer.

Orders less than 200$ we send via USPS and the package arrive within 14 business days or less.

 

3. How can I get my package tracking number?

48 hours after paying the bill, customer receives an email with the shipment details and the shipping tracking number.

Additionally, In PayPal "Transaction Details" page, you can see the shipping tracking number.

 

4. How can I track my package?

To track your package go to www.track-trace.com/post and insert you're tracking number.
For the first few days it will only show when the package was shipped. Further information will become available when the package arrives at your local post office. To see it, you can press "select country" and choose your country.

 

5. What should I do if the package does not arrive on time?

If your package does not arrive 7 (P.D.W Kit's) or 14 (other products) business days, please check your tracking information on www.track-trace.com/post: Insert your tracking number and press "track with options", there you can see the shipping information. For further information press "select country" and choose your country.
If there is no information there Contact us immediately and we will offer a solution.

 

6. How much I need to pay for delivery?

All the packages are free shipping!

 

7. Which countries do you ship the products?

We ship all our products Worldwide, except the countries:

IRAN, ERITREA, ARMENIA, BANGALADESH, VENEZUELA, ZIMBABWE, LEBANON, LIBERIA, .FED MICRONESIA, NICARAGUA, SOMALIA, SYRIA, ADEN, PAKISTAN, CUBA, REP.DEMO KOREA, YEMEN.
